ServiceVault is a private-beta, local-first maintenance and ownership-history app for DIY multi-vehicle owners.

Primary audience:
- DIY owners maintaining two or more cars, trucks, motorcycles, trailers, generators, or similar owner-managed machines.
- RV and boat owners are an adjacent second-wave audience.
- Mobile mechanics, shops, and fleets should be treated as commercial beta leads, not the first self-serve audience.

Core product:
- Add assets.
- Log service history.
- Track reminders by date, mileage, or hours.
- Attach receipts, documents, and service photos.
- Export useful records for resale, insurance, mechanic handoff, and long-term ownership.
- Use local-first mode by default with optional cloud sync.

Current public promise:
- ServiceVault is in private beta.
- Billing, public SMS, and advanced provider integrations should not be described as generally available.
- SMS reminders are private/admin-only until provider QA is complete.
